• Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed next working day.

Metal Valves (Next Working Day)

• Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed next working day.

Water Storage Tanks (3–5 Working Days)

• Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3pm are processed same day. Delivery is 3–5 working days.
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed next working day.

2. Stock & Availability

ABS & PVC Pipe, Fittings & Valves / Metal Valves

• Most products are held in our UK warehouse ready for next-day dispatch.
• If an item is out of stock, we will email an estimated lead time within 1–2 hours. Immediate refund available if unsuitable.

Water Storage Tanks

• Popular tanks are stocked in the UK and delivered within 3 working days.
• If out of stock, tanks are manufactured and delivered within 3–5 working days. Lead time emailed within 1–2 hours.
