Delivery Timescales at Pipetech

At Pipetech, we understand that timely delivery is crucial for your project’s success. We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

1. Order Processing

ABS & PVC Pipe, Fittings and Valves / Drain Couplings (Next Working Day)

• Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed next working day.

Metal Valves (Next Working Day)

• Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed next working day.

Water Storage Tanks (3–5 Working Days)

• Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3pm are processed same day. Delivery is 3–5 working days.
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed next working day.

2. Stock & Availability

ABS & PVC Pipe, Fittings & Valves / Metal Valves

• Most products are held in our UK warehouse ready for next-day dispatch.
• If an item is out of stock, we will email an estimated lead time within 1–2 hours. Immediate refund available if unsuitable.

Water Storage Tanks

• Popular tanks are stocked in the UK and delivered within 3 working days.
• If out of stock, tanks are manufactured and delivered within 3–5 working days. Lead time emailed within 1–2 hours.

3. Delivery Timescale Enquiries
