Delivery Timescales at Pipetech
At Pipetech, we understand that timely delivery is crucial for your project’s success. We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Our standard approach:
ABS & PVC Pipe, Fittings and Valves ( Next Working Day )
- Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3 pm UK time on working days are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day, using a next day delivery courier.
- Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Metal Valves ( Next Working Day )
- Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3 pm UK time on working days are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day, using a next day delivery courier.
- Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Water Storage Tanks ( 3-5 Working Days )
- Same day order cut-off: Orders placed before 3 pm UK time on working days are processed the same day. A 3-5 working day delivery is applicable to this range.
- Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Stock & Availability
ABS & PVC Pipe, Fittings & Valves / Metal Valves
- Most of our products are held in our UK warehouse ready for dispatch. If the item you order is in stock, you will typically receive it the next day, for orders placed before 3pm.
- If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of the estimated lead time by email, within 1-2 hours of placing the order. If the lead time is not acceptable, an immediate refund will be actioned.
Water Storage Tanks
- A selection of popular water tanks are held in our UK warehouse ready for dispatch. If the item you order is in stock, you will typically receive it within 3 working days, for orders placed before 3pm.
- If your tank order is out of stock, this will manufactured, and you will typically receive this within 3-5 working days. We will advise you of the estimated lead time by email, within 1-2 hours of placing the order. If the lead time is not acceptable, an immediate refund will be actioned.
3. Delivery Timescale Enquiries
