Delivery
A standard flat charge of £12.00 inc VAT applies to deliveries to mainland UK, and goods will be shipped on a next-day basis for pipe and fittings on orders placed before 3 pm. If goods are out of stock, an estimated delivery date will be supplied within 3 hours, or a full refund issued if preferred. Water storage tanks are supplied with a 1-5 day delivery time.

1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Website uptime
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Refunds & Returns
Any goods supplied by Overflow Screen Systems Ltd, which are either defective in material, or not in accordance with the order, will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
Overflow Screen Systems Ltd operate a full and fair returns policy. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, any unused product purchased through our site can be returned; however, we must receive the item within 14 days from the date of receipt for a 100% refund, excluding our suppliers restocking charge and original shipping cost, if in its original condition and in the original packaging. All we ask is that you return the goods to us via the same method we used to originally dispatch the goods to you. A return delivery address will be supplied to customers wishing to return goods. Customers are solely responsible for the safe return of goods in their original condition. The only exception to this is when goods have been custom-made to order, for example, cut-to-size Pipe, in which case we are unable to accept returns.
If, however, the goods are signed for in good condition on delivery and you later discover they are damaged, it is impossible for us to claim for any damages so we are unable to process any refunds. YOU MUST EITHER:
1. NOT ACCEPT THE GOODS, AND THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO US. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER RETURN & INSPECTION.
2. SIGN YOUR NAME AND CLEARLY WRITE THE WORDS - GOODS RECEIVED DAMAGED, IT WILL THEN BE POSSIBLE FOR US TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES FROM THE CARRIER.
3. All shortages and damaged items MUST be reported to Online Sales within 3 days.
We will carry out an inspection of all returned equipment to check for signs of use (scratches etc) that would prevent us from reselling the equipment as new. If the goods are in original condition, a refund will be issued. If payment has been received in advance, we guarantee to refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If the goods supplied are faulty, it is covered by the manufacturer’s guarantees. In the unlikely event of any goods developing a fault within the guarantee period, they may be returned for an immediate replacement or a full refund, whether they have been used or not. “Faults” are defined as manufacturing defects, not those that may be caused by incorrect installation, abuse or fair wear and tear of the equipment. These guarantees are in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights.
For cancellations, you must email as soon as possible. Stock items can easily be cancelled if they have not already been processed and shipped.
