Featuring a generous 180-litre rainwater storage capacity, the City Water Butt Planter collects rainfall from your roof guttering via a standard downpipe diverter. The stored rainwater can then be reused to water plants, lawns and vegetable beds, helping reduce reliance on mains water and supporting eco-friendly gardening.

The integrated planter bowl at the top provides a 32-litre planting capacity, offering plenty of space for flowers, herbs, or seasonal planting displays. This makes the water butt a decorative feature for patios, courtyards, balconies, and modern garden spaces rather than something that needs to be hidden away.

Manufactured from high-quality MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene), the tank is frost-resistant, UV-stabilised and built for long-term outdoor durability. The rotationally moulded construction ensures strength and reliability, while the opaque material helps reduce algae growth by limiting sunlight entering the water reservoir.

For added convenience, the planter includes two ½" BSP threaded outlets. The raised front outlet allows easy filling of watering cans, while the lower outlet at the rear enables the tank to be drained fully or linked with additional water butts to expand your rainwater storage system.
