Refund policy
At Plastic Pipe & Fittings Distribution, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our returns policy complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, giving you the right to cancel and return goods within 14 days of receipt.
Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at sales@overflowscreens.com. Once your return is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days from the notification date.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for the safe return of goods.
How to Return Items
After your return request has been emailed to us and accepted, a return address will be emailed to you.
Please ensure the original delivery paperwork is attached to the return package.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged goods, you must report the damage within 3 days of receipt via email with photos. You may either:
Refuse delivery, and the goods will be returned for a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Processing
If an item is returned unused and in resalable condition, a 100% refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt.
A refund will not be granted if an item is returned outside of the 14-day period or is not in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
A 25% handling/Processing fee will apply for unwanted returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange it for an alternative. No restocking fee will be applied, but the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
Faulty Goods & Manufacturer Warranties
If a product develops a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement, which is fulfilled by the manufacturer directly.
Faults caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear are not covered.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us via email as soon as possible.
Stock items can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund excluding shipped products.
