How do I choose between a full-bore and a reduced-bore ball valve?

A full-bore (or full-port) ball valve has an internal bore diameter that matches the pipe size, resulting in minimal pressure drop and unrestricted flow. A reduced-bore valve has a smaller internal opening, which is generally more compact and cost-effective but introduces a slight pressure loss. For applications where flow rate and low pressure drop are critical, such as process lines or fire protection systems, a full-bore valve is typically the better choice.

Can your ball valves be fitted with pneumatic or electric actuators?
