With a large 255-litre rainwater storage capacity, the Metropolitan planter collects rainfall from your roof guttering via a standard downpipe diverter and stores it for later use around the garden. Rainwater is naturally soft and ideal for watering plants, helping support healthier growth while reducing reliance on treated mains water.

The integrated planter bowl at the top offers approximately 36 litres of planting capacity, giving you plenty of room to create colourful displays of flowers, herbs or decorative plants. This clever dual-purpose design transforms a functional water tank into an attractive garden feature, perfect for patios, courtyards, balconies and landscaped outdoor spaces.

Manufactured in the UK from high-quality MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene), the tank is rotationally moulded for strength and long-term durability. The material is UV-stabilised and frost-resistant, ensuring the planter can withstand changing weather conditions while maintaining its colour and structural integrity.

For ease of use, the planter includes two ½" BSP threaded outlets. A raised outlet at the front is ideal for attaching a tap and filling watering cans, while the lower outlet at the rear allows the tank to be drained completely or connected to additional water butts to expand your rainwater storage system.
