A brass Ypattern check valve designed for straightforward oneway flow in moderateduty systems. The Ypattern offers a smooth flow path and typically lower pressure drop compared to more angular designs.

Technical Data:

• Body Material: Brass alloy (commonly ASTM B62 or equivalent), suitable for potable water, air and nonaggressive fluids.
• Pattern: Ytype body means disc/valve mechanism is aligned at an angle (often 3045°) to the flow line, improving flow efficiency.
• Connections: Threaded screwed BSPP
• Pressure/Temperature: PN35 ½ to 1, PN25 1¼ to 2, Temperature -10°C to 150°C
• Seat Material: Stainless steel disk, metal seat
• Installation Orientation: Can often be installed horizontally or vertically (upward flow) given Ypattern design.
